Description
Hostile architecture is spaces designed to keep out an undesirable class of people, the homeless for example, to ensure that they do not stay long. Spikes and pointed structures so that they don't sit on them, uncomfortable benches so that the homeless don't lie down on them, non-stop loud music, or an absence of benches or places to rest. Through this work, I wanted to draw attention to this phenomenon by dancing in places where this type of architecture was found. By moving in these uncomfortable structures, I underline the difficulty of living in these spaces and the absurdity of designing places that exclude a part of the population.
